- Step 1: Download and print the appropriate class-format PDF form clearly on an A4 size sheet.
- Step 2: Fill in all details in block letters (Capital letters) without overwriting.
- Step 3: Attach passport-size photographs of the student and parents/guardians as specified.
- Step 4: Attach photocopies of previous year's mark sheet, birth certificate, and address proof.
- Step 5: Submit the completed form physically at the Saraswati School Administration Office between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on any working day.
